Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end accounting operations, including payables, receivables, banking, and financial reporting. The role requires ensuring accuracy in financial records, timely collections and payments, compliance with regulatory requirements, and smooth functioning of day-to-day finance activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and a proactive approach to financial management.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Review and approve customer invoicing, monitor receivables, and ensure timely collections.
• Supervise vendor payments, including verification, approvals, and disbursements.
• Manage banking operations, including fund transfers, reconciliations, and coordination with banks.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts, including bank, vendor, and customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Prepare periodic financial reports, MIS, and cash flow statements for management review.
• Lead and guide the accounting team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in operations.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders for financial and compliance matters.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter / CA preferred).
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or ERP systems) and MS Excel.
• Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
